14-Days Trial Period

It’s OK to change your mind.  It is important to us that you love your new watches. If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, together with proof of purchase, for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase exclude original shipping charges. Do note that return shipping will be covered by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn items unless a defect in manufacturing is found. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please save your tracking number for your security. 

Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing after the return package has arrived at our warehouse. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense.

1 Year Warranty

For absolute peace of mind, all TIVOR watches come with a 1-year movement warranty from purchase date.

The warranty covers the internal movement. The warranties do not apply in case of:

  • Intentional damage;
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Damages as a result of negligence and improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling;
  • Normal wear and tear or aging on parts such as the case, glass, strap, battery & accessories. 
  • A third party performed repair works or other works on the product, without prior written permission by us.

In case a valid warranty claim can be made, return costs will be paid by us. If our warranty does not apply, return costs shall be paid by you.

Please note that “Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible for warranty claim. Do note that we are not responsible for any freight/courier charges, custom duty or VAT for warranty claims.
