Processing
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification, from Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm. Orders placed on weekends or public holiday will be shipped on the following working day. Tracking number will be provided.
Shipping within Malaysia
TIVOR offer free DHL express shipping for any order value of RM200 and above. Please note the transit time upon fulfillment stated below:
- Peninsula Malaysia: 1-3 days
- East Malaysia: 2-6 days
International Shipping & Taxes
DHL/Fedex/Gdex/USPS international express shipping to all countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address. Due the rising international shipping cost, we are unable to offer free shipping. However, we take a loss on international shipping to keep prices reasonable. Please note the transit time upon fulfillment stated below:
- USA, Australia & UK : 7-9 working days
- Singapore: 3-5 workings days
- Rest of World: 10-14 working days
The international shipping cost does not include import taxes. You will be responsible for additional duties prior to delivery. TIVOR is not associated with these charges and cannot predict the value of the charge. **Please note: if you refuse this package upon arrival, a $25.00 USD fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will also be deducted. A refund will be issued after the product has been returned to our warehouse, which can take up to a month.
We’re currently not able to ship to APO’s nor P.O.Boxes but we do recommend that you ship to a friend/relative instead.
